YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President Robert Kocharian signed a decree Thursday appointing Armenian Revolutionary Federation member Razmik Davoyan presidential advisor–a presidential source said.
Davoyan will be in charge of coordinating the activities of public organizations and national minorities and dealing with cultural and education issues–the source added.
