LOS ANGELES–The ANC Professional Network (ANC-PN) has organized an exclusive group trip for young professionals to Armenia this summer–from August 11-22. With the help of two Armenia veterans–Shant Minas and Mkhitar Moradian–and in coordination with ANC-PN counterparts in Yerevan–it promises to be an outstanding experience for young professionals to visit the Motherland.
With excursions to local historic sites–including Etchmiadzin–Sardarabad–Khor Virap–Garni–Geghard–and Noravank–as well as a 3-day trip to Artsakh–which will include 2 nights stay at 4-star Lotus Hotel in Stepanakert–visits to war-torn city of Aghdam on border–Yerkir USA reconstructed villages–lunch with LCO volunteers in Shushi and an optional visit to the heroic village of Karintag–the trip will also offer plenty of free time for shopping–family–and sightseeing.
Although airline accommodations are not included–ANC-PN has provided a list of travel agents familiar with the ANC-PN trip itinerary to help arrange a suitable flight.
The trip’s cost is $1,000 and includes 11 nights 4-star accommodation at Ani Hotel in Yerevan and Lotus Hotel in Artsakh–breakfast each day–all transportation in country–museum and tour tickets and two large "Kefs." Accommodations at Ani Hotel are double occupancy. The deadline for a $200 deposit to hold a space is July 5.
