YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–A meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Aram Sargsyan and Nagorno Karabakh Republic President Arkady Ghoukassian concluded that there are no political and economic contradictions between Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh–and their relations will develop in a normal way.
On behalf of the Karabakh authorities Ghoukassian congratulated Sargsyan on being appointed Armenian prime minister.
The sides expressed satisfaction with the preservation of political stability.
Sargsyan pointed out that all programs related to Karabakh launched by his older brother Vazgen Sargsyan will be continued. The sides stressed that there are no disagreemen’s between Armenian and Karabakh authorities over the Karabakh settlement.
Sargsyan and Ghoukassian pointed out the importance of private meetings in a sincere atmosphere.
