The Armenian Revolutionary Federation Western US Central Committee announces the passing of one of its devoted members, Unger Tigran Sakuni, which occurred on November 26 in Los Angeles. The late Sarukuni held leadership roles in the party on both the Western and Eastern regions and had an active and extensive in various community organizations and structures.
My heartfelt condolences to his immediate and extended family. We lived in close proximity to each other in NJ and would “hang out” together. I would either meet or contact him whenever I visited LA. It will take me sometime to come to grips with this reality. Vay Dikran……
I just found out today, December 15. I am in tears. I loved the man and I am very close to his wife Maggie. I cannot say how sorry I am. He was a good Armenian and a great guy. I have tried to call the family, but the phone line is out.
