CAIRO–On Wednesday–August 11–ARF Bureau representative Hrant Markarian concluded a four day trip to Cairo. During the visit–Markarian had the opportunity to address the community and meet with local ARF representatives. He also announced plans for the establishment of a Middle East Hai Tahd office–which will work with the offices located in the United States–Russia and Europe.
