YEREVAN (PanArmenian.Net)–Armenia has expectations regarding the protection of the rights of Armenia’s in Javakhk–Georgia–according to Armenia’s Deputy Speaker of Parliament–Vahan Hovhannisian–the "Regnum" news agency reported. Hovhannisian–a high-ranking member of the ARF leadership–stated that a major cause of many problems Georgia faces is the attempt at government centralization. A federal system of government is the only one that’s appropriate for Georgia–according to Hovhannisian. Georgia’s constitution still lacks its initial article–intended to define the administrative structure of the country. "I believe that Georgia must formulate a position in that regard–and take into account the interests and rights of national minorities–such as the rights of Javakhk’s Armenia’s," Hovhannisian stated.
