BAKU– Azeri Foreign Minister Vilayet Guliyev said that Azerbaijan has the right to "start from zero," in seeking a settlement to the Karabagh conflict–if the principles suggested by international organizations do not satisfy Azerbaijan–the Olaylar News Agency reported on Friday.
Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamlet Gasparian responded to threat saying–"If Baku wants to start everything from scratch–then it should only speak with Stepanakert–if the latter agrees to talk at all."
