LOS ANGELES–Consul General Armen Liloyan spoke at the Centre for International Studies of the University of South California on April 28 about Armenia’s foreign policy.
He elaborated on Armenia’s relations with neighboring countries and Russia, presented background information on the Nagorno-Karabagh conflict and shared his views on the prospects of the settlement of this protracted issue between the people of Artsakh and Azerbaijan.
Armenia’s cooperation with Europe, NATO and the USA were also discussed at length during the talk. He also offered his views on the role and importance of Armenian Diaspora in the development of Armenia, especially in the context of the recently enacted law on dual citizenship.
