ISTANBUL (Armenpress)–A delegation of the Armenian Foreign Ministry led by Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian left for Istanbul–Turkey to participate in a session dedicated to the 10th Anniversary of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC). At the Ataturk airport–answering the questions of Turkish reporters–Minister Oskanian stated the importance of Turkey’s role in regional stability. Referring to his scheduled meeting with his Turkish counterpart Ismail Cem–Oskanian particularly stated that the sides will continue the dialogue started in Reykjavik and the same framework of issues will be discussed.
The BSEC session will start its work on June 25. Leaders of delegations of member countries of BSEC will deliver speeches in alphabetical order. A memorandum will be signed at the end of the session.
On June 26–the Armenian delegation will visit Armenian Patriarchy of Polis and will meet with the representatives of Armenian community of Turkey.
