BAKU (Azg)–Azeri presidential advisor Vafa Goulouzade declared on Tuesday that he believes the negotiations for the resolution of the Karabakh conflict are not at a dead end.
He said that the ice has started to melt and certain changes are evident. He also said that Armenia has no alternative and should accept Karabakh’s autonomy as a part of Azerbaijan.
MOSCOW (Azg)–A delegation of Armenia’s National Assembly–headed by Chairman Babken Ararktsian–met with the head of Russian Federation Council–Yegor Stroyev–in Moscow on Tuesday.
During a briefing Ararktsian and Stroyev affirmed the successful development of relations between Russia and Armenia.
Stroyev especially mentioned the age-old history of Russia-Armenia relations and that Armenia is the only country in Transcaucasia–which completely supported Moscow regarding the expansion of NATO.
Ararktsian said that the relations between Armenia and Russia are so rich and multilateral that the scandal related with the supply of weapons may not damage them.
