
On August 14 Asbarez will turn 115 years young.
This is an important milestone for any newspaper these days. However, the sheer drive and commitment to the mission of this newspaper, Asbarez continues to be the heartbeat of the ever-expanding and constantly progressing Armenian community in the Western United States.
The secret to Asbarez’s longevity is its devoted readership who for more than century have welcomed this Armenian newspapers into their homes, and more recently have made it a staple of their digital world.
Without our readers, advertiser and more importantly, the individuals and organizations that support us, Asbarez would not be able to deliver the quality news, information and commentary that it is on a daily basis.
It has become a transition since our 100th anniversary to engage our community in marking our anniversary by asking for donations that will enable us to advance and grow. And, you have heeded that call graciously and generously.
