YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Prime Minister Armen Darbinian received Tuesday CIS Executive Secretary Boris Berezovsky–who was on a working visit to Yerevan. After separate talks with the Armenian prime minister–Berezovsky told reporters that they had discussed issues pertaining to structural reforms within the CIS. He–in particular–said that prospects for expanded economic cooperation are a priority in the policy of reforms.
Berezovsky and Darbinian agreed that "the CIS governing body has been formed–and now it is essential to decide who will run this body." Berezovsky added that during his meeting with Darbinian they also addressed the AIDS cure Armenian scientists claim to have invented. He described the medicine as "marvelous."
"There is a hope that it will turn to be true," Berezovsky concluded.
