BOHIGIAN SERVES AS ACTING STATE DIRECTOR; BOUSIAN SERVES AS NORTHERN CALIFORNIA DIRECTOR
Washington–DC–US Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) announced this week that her former Deputy State Director Tom Bohigian–has been promoted to Acting State Director. Former Field Representative Adrienne Bousian has been promoted to Northern California Director.
As Acting State Director–Bohigian is responsible for supervising Senator Boxer’s California offices–located in San Francisco–Sacramento–Fresno–Los Angeles–San Bernardino–and San Diego.
As Northern California Director–Bousian supervises the San Francisco field representatives and has liaison responsibilities for communities along the Northern California coast–from the Oregon border to Monterey County.
Bousian is also Boxer’s principal contact for San Francisco–Santa Clara–and Alameda Counties–as well as her liaison to women’s organizations statewide.
Bohigian has served on Senator Boxer’s staff since 1993. He held the positions of Field Representative and Northern California Director before becoming Deputy State Director last year. Prior to her new position–Bousian served as Boxer’s South Bay and North Coast area Field Representative beginning in 2001.
Tom Bohigian will continue to work in Senator Boxer’s Fresno office–located at 1130 "O" Street–Suite 2450–in Fresno.
Adrienne Bousian will continue to work in Senator Boxer’s San Francisco office–located at 1700 Montgomery Street–Suite 240–in San Francisco.
