YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–President Bill Clinton awarded Chairman of Armenia’s National Taekwondo Federation–Director of "Light Taekwondo" Academy of Los-Angeles–Souren Fstkchian. As reported by Deputy Chairman of the National Taekwondo Academy Vardan Kahramanian–Fstkchian will participate as a referee in the European youth championships to take place in Greece in early September.
