YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Armenia’s former minister of communication Grigor Poghpatian issued a statement Monday strongly rejecting the corruption charges by Robert Green–chief of the Utah-based Anglia Consulting Co.
Green accused Poghpatian of regularly accepting bribes from the Trans World Telecom Company–and specifically $10 million from the sale of ArmenTel.
The ex-minister demanded a public apology from Green–threatening the US consultant with a law suit.
