YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–A mobile exhibition of Armenian goods "Festival of Armenian Products" has been scheduled to be held in all regions of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh in the first ten days of August. The exhibition will be organized by the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia and the "Technostandrard" company.
The chairman of the exhibition steering committee–chairman of UMBA’s latest technologies commission Vahan Amazaspian told Noyan Tapan that the goal of the exhibition is to display the potential of Armenian producers and market products among local consumers.
Among the producers which agreed to participate in the arrangement are the Yerevan Clock Factory–the Abovian Brewery–the "TOSP" factory–"Garun," the Gumri Dairy Factory–the Ijevan Carpet Factory–the Etchmiadzin Plastic Factory–the Artashat China Factory–the "Shant" firm and others.
The July 15 meeting of the steering committee discussed organizational matters and the schedule of events. In particular–it was decided to open and sanctify the exhibition at the Khor Virap Church in the Ararat region. The exhibition will last until September 21–Armenia’s independence day.
