YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–The government of Armenia made a decision on free medical assistance guaranteed by the state. The introduction of the system is aimed at implementing targeted programs and will begin on April 1. The Ministry of Health and relevant government agency will be in charge of the task. The targeted programs include infectious–gynecological–and emergency medical aid to socially vulnerable sections of the population as well as a number of other services.
