YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–"There wasn’t a single moment in Gevorg Emin’s life that would seem undesirable in his biography," Writers Union Chairman Hrant Matevossian said at an event on September 30 marking what would have been the poet’s 80th birthday.
In his speech writer and publicist Perch Zeituniants said that Emin had been able to combine both national values and universal values in his works.
Emin’s technical rather than philological education did not prevent him from becoming a world-famed poet.
