
LOS ANGELES—The George Ignatius Foundation donated an additional $50,000 to “The Justice Richard Amerian Scholarship,” which is named in memory of the 1962 USC Law School graduate and former Justice of the California Court Appeal. This brings the scholarship endowment to over $200,000, all of which have been donations from the George Ignatius Foundation.
University of Southern California Gould School of Law Student, Shaunt Kodaverdian, was congratulated on winning the Law School’s prestigious Moot Court Competition by representatives of the George Ignatius Foundation, Walter Karabian, Esq., Trustee, and Hratch Karakachian, Esq., CPA, Treasurer.
The George Ignatius Foundation and Kodaverdian were recognized by Dean Robert Rasmussen, a panel of federal judges, professors, and key supporters of the USC Law School at a dinner celebration in the new Faculty Center.
