YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–On the night of May 4th–the campaign headquarters of member of parliament Kim Balayan–an ARF candidate for Parliament in election district N 5 (Yerevan’s Arabkir borough)–was noticed to be burning. Balayan was notified of the fire only the next morning.
