YEREVAN (Yerkir)–President Kocharian held a consulting session to discuss assessmen’s of the international observers on the presidential elections in Armenia.
Kocharian requested that representatives of the presidential staff and Ministry of Justice form a working group to study the irregularities reported by the international observers. The group is to submit a report to the President within ten days.
