YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–A meeting of Armenian President Robert Kocharian and Co-Chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group was held in Tallin. According to the presidential press service–President Kocharian–Nikolay Gribkov (Russia)–Hugue Pernet (France) and Rudolf Perina (USA) discussed issues connected with the current stage in the process of the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
According to Armenian President–the main problem of the Karabakh conflict’s settlement is that the sides are trying to offer minimal concessions. "I also try to make as few concessions as possible," Kocharian stressed.
During the meeting Russian co-chairman Gribkov stated–"the key to settling the Karabakh conflict lies within the hands of the Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents." Gribkov told reporters that the Kocharian-Aliyev meeting will be decisive in determining the future of the peace-talks.
