YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–At its recent meeting–the parliamentary faction of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation elected David Lokian as its chairman. Lokian is a member of the ARF Executive Council of Armenia.
Commenting on the decision–ARF parliamentary bloc member Mushegh Mikaelian said that as ARF Executive Council of Armenia Representative Vahan Hovanessian was elected to lead the parliamentary standing commissions for national security–defense and internal affairs "the faction decided not to overload one person."
