The documentary features 60 minute long program that will highlight Mkhitaryan’s journey from the streets of Armenia to his highest levels of club football.
It follows Mkhitaryan during his early days at FC Pyunik at age 17 followed by his runs at Metalurh Donetsk and Shakhtar Donetsk.
It then follows his transfer to Borussia Dortmund and ultimately his emergence as a star for Manchester United.
As the first Armenian to join a Premier League club, Heno – as he is known to friends – has since become known as a major figurehead in the country. To many people, his professionalism and successes represents the ‘new Armenia’ and he is regularly described as ‘The Pride of Armenia’.
