As a former student of Baron Nazo’s at Pilibos and someone who has had the honor of knowing and working with him through his community involvement, I am extremely satisfied to hear of this appointment. He is a worthy replacement to the outgoing principal, Mr. Vicken Yacoubian, and I am confident that Alex Pilibos will continue to excel under Mr. Apanian’s direction.

I also have had the enriching experience of being Baron Nazareth’s student at Alex Pilibos. I can honestly say that my Armenian Language/Literature and Armenian History classes were among each school day’s favorites for me. I’m sure the school will find further success and accomplishments under his leadership. Congratulations and all the best!

    Dear Mr. Apanian,
    Congratulations!
As parents of two girls attending Alex Pilibos, we have great hopes that school will blossom under your administration and that you’ll care about their future as much as we do. We trust you with the education of our children and hope that they will get the best possible Armenian education available in LA.

    Best wishes and good luck!
