YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Armenian President Robert Kocharian signed a decree July 23 approving the new membership of the Presidential Constitutional Amendment Commission.
The Commission includes:

Norair Aivazian–Head of the Department of Constitutional and International Law–Faculty of Law–Yerevan Sate University;
Shahen Avagian–Head of the Legal Department at the Foreign Ministry of Armenia;
Vrezh Gasparian–Head of the State and Legal Department of the Presidential Staff;
Alvina Giuliumian–Constitutional Court member;
Mikael Grigorian–Advisor of the Minister of the Interior–Head of the Public Relations Department–Ministry of the Interior–Candidate of Law;
Felix Tokhian–Constitutional Court member–Candidate of Law;
Manuk Topuzian–Head of the Legal Department–Government Staff;
Mher Khachatrian–Chairman of the Court Martial–Candidate of Law;
Armen Haroutiunian–Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law–Yerevan state University–Doctor of Law;
Gevorg Malkhassian–Deputy Minister of Justice of Armenia;
Hovhannes Manoukian–Chairman of the Court of Appeal for Economic Cases;
Rafik Petrossian–Head of the Department of Civil Law–Faculty of Law–Yerevan State University–Candidate of Law;
