MONTROSE—Dr. Julio Tellez has been selected as the new principal of the Armenian Sisters’ Academy. Dr. Tellez is an accomplished, experienced educator who earned a Doctorate in Education from Loyola Marymount University. He received a Master of Arts in Education, as well as a second Masters Degree in Elementary School Administration, from Notre Dame University. He also holds an undergraduate degree from California State University Channel Islands.
In addition to his unique experience as a technology coordinator, he comes to ASA with a wealth of experience both in the classroom and as a principal. Dr. Tellez is dedicated to advancing our school so that it stands out as a premier educational institution in the area. His top focus is improving student learning, so they will be successful when facing the challenges and opportunities in their academic careers.
