YEREVAN(PanARMENIAN.Net) Armenia’s Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian and OSCE regional mission heads met in Yerevan on Wednesday to discuss a number issues concerning the South Caucasus–specifically the present stage of the Karabakh conflict settlement–level of Armenia-Georgia relations–and influence of Russian-Georgian relations on Armenia and generally on the region.
OSCE’s objective for the visit was to study regional cooperation and develop the nature and focus of OSCE representative offices’ activities. The aim of representative offices is to assist regions in the transition from humanitarian and technical assistance programs to the programs of development.
