STEPANAKERT—The capital of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, Artsakh, has a new hotel. Karabakh President Bako Sahakian on Wednesday took part in opening ceremonies of the “Park Hotel Artsakh” and cut the ribbon.
The President said the hotel was built on modern standards and serves as an impetus for developing tourism in the republic, explaining that the government was interested in the existence of such hotels in all regions of Artsakh.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan, other officials, philanthropists and representatives of the Diaspora also participated in the event.
