STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–The Karabakh Presidential spokesperson Zhanna Krikorova said that former prime minister of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Jirayr Poghosian has been charged with illegal purchase and possession of weapons and ammunition and the loss of a document of state secrecy. Poghossian–who was detained by law-enforcement agencies on July 9–was released after he agreed not to leave Karbakh.
