YEREVAN (Armenpress)–French Armenian soccer player Alan Poghosian, who helped the French national team win the 1998 World Cup is likely to take over as head coach of France’s national Soccer team.
According to reports in the French media, the French Football Federation is displeased with current coach Raymond Dominique, whose team performed poorly at Euro 2008 Cup.
Among hopefuls to replace him are also Loran Blanc and Jean Tiganat. If Raymond Dominique retains his job, Alan Poghosian may be picked as his assistant coach.
