YEREVAN (Armenpress)–President Serzh Sarkisian Monday appointed Zohrab Mnatsakanyan as Armenia’s representative to the Council of Europe and Ashot Hovagimyan as Armenia’s representative to the OSCE.
Hovagimyan will combined his duties as Ambassador to Austria, with his OSCE representation duties located in Vienna.
Sarkisian dismissed Christian Ter-Stepanyan and Jivan Tabibian who occupied the two posts in the previous administration.
