YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Former Armenian Foreign Minister Raffi Hovannisian has been named Executive Director of the "Hayastan" All Armenia Fund–announced the Board of Trustees Presidium of the "Hayastan" All Armenian Fund Thursday.
In introducing the new executive director–Constitutional Court Chairman and Deputy Board of Trustees Chairman Gagik Harutiunian noted Armenia and the Armenian people were entering a new stage in their development–and that the activity of the Fund will be brought to conformity with these new realities.
Hovannisian said following his selection that before any new programs were introduced–he would first get acquainted with the present state of things.
