STEPANAKERT (Noyan Tapan)–The mission representing the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe’s Acting chairman monitored the Azeri-Karabakh front line in Fizouli Wednesday–as part of the OSCE’s regular monitoring program.

Aside from the Personal Representative of the OSCE Acting Chairman–Ambassador Andrey Kasprczik and his field assistants–participating in the monitoring on both sides were officers of the High Level Planning Group led by Colonel Francois Debuchen.

No incidents were reported during the monitoring which was held according to schedule. The monitors held brief talks with the commanders in charge of the section about the current situation.

Karabakh defense and foreign ministry officials accompanied the group of monitors.
