YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–Under the preliminary agreement–the mission of the personal representative of the OSCE Acting Chairman conducted a regular monitoring of the cease-fire established between Nagorno Karabakh and Azeri armed forces.
The monitoring was conducted to the South of the Hadrut regional center of Nagonrno-Karabakh Republic. On the part of Karabakh–the monitoring was conducted by a field assistant to the personal representative of the OSCE AC–Lieutenant-Colonel Imre Palatinus (Hungary)–Volker Jakobi (Germany)–and the head of the OSCE High Level Planning Group–Hubert Breg (France). On the part of Azerbaijan the monitoring was conducted by personal representative of the OSCE AC–Ambassador Andrei Kasprczik–coordinator of the office of the OSCE AC–Lieutenant-Colonel Biroslav Vimetal and field assistant Vasil Ivashko.
Representatives of Karabakh’s Foreign Ministry and ministry of Defense accompanied the group that conducted the monitoring on the part of Karabakh.
