MOSCOW (ArmRadio)—The plan to rename the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic to Artsakh Republic will not affect Russia’s position on the conflict, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova told APA.
Zakharova also touched upon the OSCE Ministerial Council in Hamburg, Germany on December 8-9, whether the Karabakh issue is expected to be discussed.
“The Nagorno-Karabakh settlement will be discussed at the Vienna meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council on November 10, and also at a meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group. We believe that this work will continue at the Hamburg meeting of OSCE foreign ministers,” Zakharova said.

Better late than never. The name ARTSAKH should have been adopted 22 years ago. All non-Armenian names must be ripped off, trashed and burnt. We must eliminate all Turkish filth from our occupied territories. No compromise!
