MOSCOW (Itar-Tass)–Acting Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov will make visits to Armenia–Azerbaijan and Georgia from September 2 to 4–sources at the foreign ministry reported Wednesday.
Following his Caucasus stop–Ivanov will attend a ministerial meeting of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum to be held in Aukland–New Zealand–on September 10-11.
The minister will also travel to New York to take part in a session of the UN General Assembly and visit other countries–including Canada and Cuba.
In addition–Ivanov postponed trips to the Baltic states and Ukraine which were due in June and July. The new dates of the visits will be set through diplomatic channels–but some of them may take place in September.
