YEREVAN—Seven people were killed on Monday and another seven injured in a major road accident in Armenia, a government press office reports.
At about 7:15 pm Armenian local time, a passenger minibus crashed into a truck near Horom village on the 108th km of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway.
The driver of the truck has been detained by police. An investigation is underway.
Armenian parliament must pass a law and give police all the rights to stop impaired drivers, who are taking away innocent lives! Nobody in Armenia talk about drunk drivers these days!
Tragic,tragic!
