YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–At the November 15 sitting of the Criminal and Military Court of Appeal–former agent of the Department of Internal Troops Norair Tadevossian testified in the "Others minus Vano Siradeghian" case.
He repeated his testimony provided in the lower court. According to him–his immediate superior–deputy commander of the Department of Internal Troops Artsrun Margarian handed him an envelope to be handed to Karen Rafaelian–a victim in the case. Tadevossian did not know anything about the contents of the envelope–but thought there was money in it. Tadevossian pointed out that he had only taken his personal weapons to Moscow. According to him–in Moscow–Artur Hovhannissian–another victim in the case–told him that in Yerevan he had received an order to murder "the traitor Serge Jilavian". To execute the order he was provided with money and weapons–and Tadevossian was sent to Moscow as a backer. Tadevossian said that Artur Hovhannissian offered him to participate in the action–but he refused.
