YEREVAN—Tens of thousands of people in Yerevan have taken part in a torch-light procession led by the Armenian Revolutionary Federation to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
The demonstrators burned a banner with images of Turkish leaders. They carried placards with slogans such as “We demand compensation from Turkey!” and “The recognition time is now!”
Armenians across the world will mark the 95th anniversary of the Genocide on Saturday.
All these scenes of burning things every year isn't helping anything..
Genocide is unforgettable, denial is unforgivable – and the Gag Rule is unacceptable! The evidence is denial-proof!
I am a third-generation 'remnant' of this historical tragedy. Astvatz metz!
We, mostly 80 million coming from Ottoman's sons open to recognition time and no one gives a threat as like you( Some of Armenian people).. And we know if you accept the genocide we would not care. Because, This nation has own democratic, acts, society and independence!! At least we do not need help from imperialistic america as a folk.. This is the emencipated thing.. You Armenian people write and read about this on your newspaper..
