Turkey Urges OSCE To Back Azerbaijan In Karabakh Settlement

MOSCOW (RIO Novosti)–The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe should support Azerbaijan over Armenia in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Monday.

“The OSCE Minsk Group should be more decisive on this issue,” Erdogan was quoted by Azerbaijan’s ANS TV channel as saying.

“When we talk about settling the conflict, we mean an agreement on the seven districts” belonging to Azerbaijan and occupied by Armenia, he said, stressing that “steps must be taken” to enforce Azeri drafted resolutions on Karabakh passed in the UN General Assembly.

If an agreement is not reached, “Turkey will take no positive steps towards Armenia,” Erdogan said, referring to deadlocked negotiations between Armenia and Turkey.

In related news, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister on Monday told reporters that the US, French and Russian Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group are set to visit Armenia and Azerbaijan in the “near future” to “present new proposals to the sides.”

“I think this is dynamics and sustainability of the meetings enables to say that this is useful process. But the opposite side [Armenia] should know that Azerbaijan is against gaining time and wants effective approach towards the discussions,” Azimov added.

The peace process, however, is useful in so far as it allows Azerbaijan to regain control of the liberated Armenian territories of Nagorno-Karabakh, Azimov hinted, stressing that there can be no solution other than one envisaging Karabakh under Azeri rule.

“The people expelled from their homeland should return, the communications should be restored and the lands should be liberated. The cooperation cannot be established before the return of population to their homeland,” Azimov said. “If there is no cooperation, there is no peace as well. No status issue can be discussed if there is no peace.”

We are telling you to return our lands back.
As a reply you yell and scream like a mad man.
This always happens when guilty people are told that they are guilty.
    What do Armenians do now.
The Americans and the Russians are giving these Turks the Royal treatment.
    We have no friends.
These lands must be returned and the punishment for the genocide must be paid immediately.

frank, cool down. Each single molecule, both organic and inorganic,  in Artsakh has a tag “belongs to Armenians”.
Artsakh is like “kolobok”. Do you know the Russian story? Artsakh will go free, no matter what beast is on his way. Eventually (what is now) it hides itself in Armenia. (We do not mind to be the fox).

I wonder who brought Turkey into the Karbakh arena? Turkey is once again being a bully and trying to grab more land from Armenia. They have no shame or remorse for all the SUFFERING they have caused mankind.
