Meaning they will not go forward unless they receive some sort of concession, especially a lucrative oil deal that will grease their palms.
Oil deal from Armenia?
No, oil deal from Azerbaijan. This is just a ploy to bring Azerbaijan back into the fold. World powers are using Uruguay as an ombudsmen to relay the threat to Azerbaijan. Since Mother Russia is courting the Azeris and trying to entice them to join the EEU, the west is retching up the pressure. What better way to do it than to threaten them with recognizing the republic of Karabagh.
This is good news. I’m very optimistic. Long live, Uruguay!
United States and Russia need to recognize the Artsakh recognition without any precondition. Artsakh is ours and will remain one.
