The philosophical, theoretical bases for a pan-Diaspora organization have to be worked out first before the mechanics of setting up an organization. The core reasons, at the philosophical, abstract level has to be sorted out first.
Take a lesson from the conservative movement in the United States. For decades, they talked about and worked through the philosophical, theoretical bases of conservatism in the US, before it started to take root and now it is very hard to argue against because it is based on solid theoretical foundations.
Same approach should be applied to the formation of a Diaspora Armenian organization if this organization is going to be effective, viable, usable and will actually help improve the standing and well-being of Armenia and Armenians in the world. Lets first work through the core reasons why we need such an organization, its nature, its relations with the Republic of Armenia, etc.
Before rushing into it, work out the theoretical, philosophical foundation for it.
