YEREVAN (Noyan Tapan)–A presentation of the book "Mass Media: Laws & Practice" published in Armenian took place Wednesday in Yerevan. The book includes legislation of a dozen European–North and South American countries and Australia which regulates the information sphere. The book was translated from English. The translation was funded by the Open Society Institute.
The book was translated by director of the "ArmenPress" news agency Mesrop Haroutiunian. He noted that the book is designated for journalists and media representatives–as well as students. Haroutiunian believes that the book will be useful for law-makers too.
